What we do

Most buildings have a fire contractor, a lift contractor, an air conditioning contractor and a backflow contractor — and nobody holding the calendar.
That is where warrants actually fail. Not in the systems, in the assembly. We can take responsibility for every specified system on your schedule, engage and coordinate the other trades ourselves, and carry them on our invoice.

Compliance, explained properly
We wrote these because the answers are genuinely hard to find, and because a good deal of what is published about them is out of date. Every claim is read from the legislation and cited, and each page publishes the date we last checked it.
