F2Who we work with
For property and facilities managers
Multiple buildings, multiple councils, multiple anniversary dates, and a contractor list nobody enjoys chasing. This is the part we are actually built for.
- 01
Every building is its own problem
Three buildings in three districts means three compliance schedules, three anniversary dates and three territorial authorities. There is no portfolio-level warrant; each one stands alone.
- 02
The failure mode is always the same
Not the fire systems. The lift contractor who has not been back, the air conditioning report that never arrived, and nobody holding all of it at once. A warrant needs every trade complete before the date, and one gap makes the set invalid.
- 03
One contract, every asset
We can take responsibility for all of a building’s assets, engage and coordinate the other trades ourselves, carry them on our invoice, and give you one named account manager as the only number you call.
How this works in practice - 04
We can price the lot from drawings
We hold current pricing across every trade on a compliance schedule, so a set of plans is usually enough to price a whole building — or a whole portfolio — without a visit to each site.
